Our QuickTreX® 12 Fiber Extreme Mil-Tac (Double Jacketed) opticalCON MTP® fiber optic assemblies harness the power of the ruggedized Neutrik® brand tactical connector with extreme tactical grade fiber to provide one of the most ruggedized fiber optic assemblies we have to offer. QuickTreX® Extreme Mil-Tac Deployable Pre-terminated Fiber Optic Assemblies are designed to withstand the most extreme conditions and include a double shielding of Kevlar and polyurethane. The cable used for these assemblies has been tested to withstand the most extreme conditions that may take place when in the field such as heavy vehicle traffic, severe blunt force, and sharp bends. These assemblies are military approved and are ideal for rapid emergency battlefield network deployment.  These assemblies are also perfect for other extreme harsh environments experienced in mining, drilling, and similar industries.

The opticalCON MTP connector includes 12 strand of fiber in a ruggedized and durable all-metal housing. A spring-loaded push-pull locking mechanism provides superior protection for the connectors, and the fiber provides excellent cable retention utilizing aramid yarn. An automatically operated sealing cover protects the connectors from all contaminants like dirt and dust. These connectors are ultra ruggedized and they serve as a pull grip for deployment of your assembly.

Our Mil-Tac Assemblies can optionally be installed on heavy duty Schill deployment reels and are designed for quick deployment and retrieval. These Schill reels include a door which houses the back end connector for safe and secure storage while not in use. This assembly is made in the USA by skilled technicians under controlled conditions, and comes to you fully tested and ready for immediate use. The test results are placed on the inside of the door or printed out if no reel is used.

Schill Reels
This tactical fiber is commonly used for deployment situations where the fiber needs to be deployed fast and reeled back up when done. Therefore we recommend using one of the Schill Reel options for your tactical assembly. We have multiple options depending on the length of your assembly. Please choose the correct one per the length of your fiber because each reel is sized to hold a certain length. We also have a no reel option for shorter lengths, and a basic shipping spool for situations where a deployment reel isn't needed.
