Our one-of-a-kind QuickTreX® Custom Pre-Terminated Fiber Optic Cable Assemblies are made in the USA and have a longstanding reputation of 25+ years for premium quality and reliability that cannot be beat. We have a strict quality control manufacturing process and are ISO 9001 certified. We also offer the easiest ordering process, fastest production times and transit times.
We will keep you informed of your order status from start to finish so you can plan your installation accordingly. You will receive an order confirmation immediately, a ship date within 24 hours, and tracking information once your custom assembly ships out.
When we receive your custom order, we build the assembly to your exact specifications using premium components including Corning® glass. Your assembly will be made in the USA by highly skilled technicians under strict quality control and comes to you fully tested and ready for immediate installation. We can guarantee your fiber assembly will arrive quickly and exceed your expectations. Our experts can also help you choose the right assembly for your application.
Our pre-terminated fiber optic assemblies are perfect for headend termination to a fiber backbone, termination of fiber rack systems, multi-floor deployment where select fibers are used at each floor, or intra-building backbones. Our indoor plenum rated jacket assemblies are rated for all indoor installations, including plenum rated spaces. A cable rated for plenum installation will have low-smoke characteristics as defined by the NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency). We offer all common industry standard connectors including: LC, SC, ST, and FC. We use 2 millimeter furcation tubing on each strand and wrap all connectors in plastic wrap to protect them from contamination during the installation process. Heat shrink tubing is also used where the strands exit the cable jacket and if chosen, where the pulling eye meets the pull basket. An unterminated option for one end is also offered for installations where pulling a terminated end is not possible. If this option is chosen it will be a straight blunt cut end. You choose from lengths of 10ft all the way up to 5000ft and we provide a pulling eye options to make your installation even easier. All assemblies above 100ft come on a cable spool for easy deployment.
Pre-terminated fiber optic assemblies offer a true plug-and play solution for fiber optic cable installations which often include extending networks to distant locations. These assemblies take the time out of field terminating which can often be very time consuming and require skilled technicians and specialized equipment. Conditions in the field are often not ideal for terminating fiber optic cabling. Dust and other contaminants can affect the quality of your termination and lead to network failures. Field terminations also need to be testing needing more specialized test equipment. Considering the above factors, choosing a pre-connectorized fiber assembly is the perfect money saving solutions.
Standard QuickTreX® Manufacturing Features:
- Fast Custom ISO 9001 Certified Manufacturing in the USA. 2-millimeter color coded or sequentially labeled furcation tubing is installed on each strand for easy identification and extra durability before, during, and after the pull.
- Heat shrink tubing and glue set is used at the transition from the jacket to the furcation tubing providing superior strength and strain relief while pulling the assembly.
- All common connectors are offered including: LC, SC, ST, and FC. An unterminated option for one end is now offered for installations where pulling a terminated end is not possible. If this option is chosen it will be a straight blunt cut end.
- Connectors inside the basket are staggered for less bulk and more flexibility.
- Each connector is individually plastic wrapped to prevent contamination by pulling lubricants and/or other contaminants.
- Each assembly includes a wrap around-label on both ends of the assembly which will include the QuickTreX® part number and individual serial number.
- Each Assembly includes a full test report. During our testing process all fiber ends are visually inspected with a fiberscope of 400 power or better for surface defects including, cracking, pitting, and scratches, on the glass surface of the connector. All connector ends are then tested utilizing a professional grade Loss Test Set.
- The test report is saved in our database for 1 year and can be requested at any time.
- Pulling Eyes (pulling baskets) if equipped are made from super strong polyethylene mesh and feature a free-spinning buckle to eliminate twisting of the cable during the pull. Heat shrink tubing is used at:
1. Where the basket meets with the turnbuckle (pull eye hook)
2. Where the basket ends and connects with the cable jacket to prevent snags and promote a smooth pull. - Length options of 10ft through 5000ft are offered.
- All assemblies 100ft and over will be placed on a spool for easy installation. Assemblies under 100ft will be neatly air spooled.

Product came in on time and under budget. The only thing that I had any concerns with was the state of the packages on arrival. Some of them appeared as if they had been dragged a few miles before being dropped off. That is More on the shipping side than LANshack. Fortunately, they were insulated well enough that it doesn't appear anything was damaged.

What is a pre-terminated fiber optic assembly?
A pre-terminated fiber optic assembly is a complete optical cable solution that comes with connectors already attached to the fiber strands.
These assemblies include components such as fiber cables, connectors, protective jackets, and pulling eyes, all designed to provide a seamless installation experience.
What length options are there for pre-terminated assemblies?
Pre-terminated fiber optic assemblies can be custom ordered to your desired length (10 feet or up to 5,000 feet.) according to your specific requirements. The assemblies are made to order based on the length you need.

What is a pulling eye?
A pulling eye is an additional attachment on pre-terminated fiber optic assemblies designed to facilitate installation.

The benefit of using a pulling eye is that it reduces the risk of damage during installation, especially in complex pathways or confined spaces.
What connectors can it get on fiber optic assembly?
Common connector types available for pre-terminated fiber optic assemblies include LC, SC, ST, FC, and MTP/MPO connectors.
Connectors are staggered to reduce the pulling basket diameter and promote an easy and more flexible cable pull. Plastic wrap is also applied to prevent contamination during installation
What is a LC connector?
An LC (Lucent Connector) connector is one of the most common types of cable connectors used in fiber optic networks.
It utilizes a 1.25mm ferrule (half that of FC, SC, and ST) and push-pull latch mechanism for secure and easy connections

LANshack: Best custom CAT8 ethernet cable on the market!
I needed a custom 55 foot S/FTP (Shielded Foiled Twisted Pair) CAT8 indoor ethernet cable for ethernet backhaul between two Eero mesh routers. I did tons of research (including Grok) and I came across LANshack.com. They have the thickest 23AWG wire in their custom CAT8 cable vs 26AWG on Amazon (lower number is thicker; 23AWG wire has roughly twice the cross-sectional area of 26AWG). Excellent price per foot, and this cable is thick! Very quick turnaround once you order from them. I am very pleased with LANshack and I will order from them again for future projects!
