This QuickTreX® Mini Gigabit SFP LC to RJ45 Fiber Optic to Ethernet Media Converter works with both singlemode or multimode fiber. This media converter has a super compact design so making it a perfect choice for fiber to the desk applications or installs that have limited space available. Another excellent feature is that it includes a USB Type-C power supply making it perfect for powering with a desktop or laptop computer. If powered by a device such as a laptop it will shut down automatically with the laptop saving energy. Also included is a 110 USB block to accept the USB plug if a USB power supply is not available. Our multimode (850nm / 500m) or singlemode (1310nm / 20Km) SFP for a easy plug-and-play solution to your pre-terminated fiber optic assembly. The led lights indicate the speed of the network being transmitted. This mini media converter can be used in the field work such as test gathering or demonstrations. It's also great for data rooms, R&D laboratories, data centers, and more. It provides protections against lightning and static electricity for Ethernet networks and main network systems.

LANshack: Best custom CAT8 ethernet cable on the market!
I needed a custom 55 foot S/FTP (Shielded Foiled Twisted Pair) CAT8 indoor ethernet cable for ethernet backhaul between two Eero mesh routers. I did tons of research (including Grok) and I came across LANshack.com. They have the thickest 23AWG wire in their custom CAT8 cable vs 26AWG on Amazon (lower number is thicker; 23AWG wire has roughly twice the cross-sectional area of 26AWG). Excellent price per foot, and this cable is thick! Very quick turnaround once you order from them. I am very pleased with LANshack and I will order from them again for future projects!
