This 500 FT Stock 8 Strand Corning® Toneable Flatdrop Self-Supporting Singlemode SC APC to Blunt End Pigtail Cable Assembly is a rugged and versatile fiber solution designed for OSP (Outside Plant) aerial and outdoor installations. Constructed with Corning® optical fiber and a toneable flatdrop design, this assembly allows technicians to easily locate and trace fiber routes, ensuring simplified installation and long-term network management.
One end features factory-polished SC APC connectors for low insertion loss and excellent return loss, while the opposite end provides unterminated blunt fibers for seamless splicing into existing infrastructure. The self-supporting design with an integrated strength member eliminates the need for a separate messenger wire, making it an ideal choice for aerial deployments in harsh outdoor environments.

LANshack: Best custom CAT8 ethernet cable on the market!
I needed a custom 55 foot S/FTP (Shielded Foiled Twisted Pair) CAT8 indoor ethernet cable for ethernet backhaul between two Eero mesh routers. I did tons of research (including Grok) and I came across LANshack.com. They have the thickest 23AWG wire in their custom CAT8 cable vs 26AWG on Amazon (lower number is thicker; 23AWG wire has roughly twice the cross-sectional area of 26AWG). Excellent price per foot, and this cable is thick! Very quick turnaround once you order from them. I am very pleased with LANshack and I will order from them again for future projects!
