This QuickTreX® high quality visual fault locator (VFL) laser test pen is compact, rugged, and perfect for locating bends and breaks in jacketed or bare fiber within 30Km. It's also great for identifying specific connectors in patch panels. This VFL emits red light by using a 650nm semiconductor laser. This VFL takes two standard AA batteries (not included). It includes an LC adapter for testing LC connections, carrying case with belt loop, and lanyard for drop-free use.
How to Use: To use this VFL simply attached the correct adapter to the top of the VFL and plug the connector into the adapter. Then turn on the switch to illuminate the fiber optic strand your trying to put light on.

LANshack: Best custom CAT8 ethernet cable on the market!
I needed a custom 55 foot S/FTP (Shielded Foiled Twisted Pair) CAT8 indoor ethernet cable for ethernet backhaul between two Eero mesh routers. I did tons of research (including Grok) and I came across LANshack.com. They have the thickest 23AWG wire in their custom CAT8 cable vs 26AWG on Amazon (lower number is thicker; 23AWG wire has roughly twice the cross-sectional area of 26AWG). Excellent price per foot, and this cable is thick! Very quick turnaround once you order from them. I am very pleased with LANshack and I will order from them again for future projects!
