Our QuickTreX® OM5 10/40/100/400 GIG patch cables always include Genuine Corning® ClearCurve® Glass and premium connectors with ceramic ferrules for increased durability and accuracy.  These fiber optic patch cables offer premium precision, making them a popular choice for critical installations.  They also feature a 2mm plenum (OFNP) rated jacket which make them more versatile and usable in all indoor environments versus regular riser rated (ONFR) or standard PVC cables which are commonly seen in most imported stock patch cables.  A cable rated for plenum installation will have low-smoke characteristics as defined by the NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency).  

QuickTreX® fiber optic jumpers are fully tested and come with a test report to guarantee top performance. Our strict testing standards mandate a maximum allowable insertion loss if 0.02 dB (or less). Each connector is visually inspected with a 400x microscope for any surface or interior cracks, scratches, contaminants, or other imperfections which can pick up defects that insertion loss testing alone may miss. Each cable includes a label around the jacket which has an individual serial number and part number for easy identification and traceability.  The cables are sealed in individual bags and the test results are included with each individual cable.  Our manufacturing process includes strict quality control and is ISO 90001 certified.

These OM5 50/125 10/40/100/400 GIG Multimode Custom Duplex Fiber Optic Patch Cables offer the latest state-of-the-art fiber optic technology.  They are rated for up to 400GIGs with compatible equipment and since it includes the same 50/125 Micron core it's downward compatible with 10G, 40G, and 100G networks.  At the rate at which the latest technologies are advancing you can be certain our OM5 cables are your best bet at future-proofing your network infrastructure.  OM5 cables also support wavelight-division multiplexing (WDM) which allows for different light wavelengths to be sent through the same strand of fiber.  As components advance your OM5 infrastructure will allow you to benefit from this technology and expand your network using your existing fiber strands that are in place.
